Hello dear everybody, consequently to some difficulties from some of you to post comments on the blog, whome from i'll not say the name... I show you how it works ! Clic here : "comments" button down each news. Then a popup window shows up and you see what the others wrote eventually, and at the bottom a space for you to write as well ! Then Use a "autre utilisateur" profil to put your name if you dont have a google account. There you go, hope it"ll help you in your everyday digital social life ;-)

Soirée Lohikeitto (Salmon Soup)

Hello les parisiens ! Bon voilà c calé la soirée Lohikeitto finish food est mercredi 20H30 chez moi 6 rue augereau (l.8 Ecole Militaire : Clic to see Map) ! Le plan : début avec mangage chez moi et après ceux qui sont sérieux pourront aller se coucher, pour les autres on pourrait aller à mouffetard prendre un verre pour digérer après ;-p Poster les commentaires pour ceux qui viennes que je prévoit le coup (en bas de la news "comments") ! Rom * Recette pour les amateurs (les amatrices je sais déjà;-) : Ingredients 4 portions 1 salmon fillet (500 – 600 gr) 1 ½ liters water 1 kg potatoes 2 onions 2 dl cream 1 – 2 tsp salt 10 white / black peppers 3 tbs shredded dill 50 gr butter . Method Peel and cube the potatoes. Cut each onion into 4 pieces. Pour water into a saucepan and add the salt, peppers, onions and cubed potatoes. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer at a low heat for approximately 15 minutes. Cut the salmon fillet into 5 - 6 slices. Add the cream and
