Water in your engine - De l'eau dans le moteur !
Hey green buddies, here's an interesting video (in french though)... It's all about adding a patch system to your regular car engine. It uses heat from engine to boil water and run vapor in exhaust gazes to clean them up, and then bring that charged vapor back in the air admission so that it burns again in the cylindre !
Results are stunning, in an homemade engine : -20% gazoline consommation, 1% against 8,6% C02 emmissions, and 10% performance augmentation !
Why car builders don't generalise and optimise this system ? A good question, maybe loobiing can give us a hint... Although it's not a sustainable solution, it is a very efficient short term solution.
